Butterfly Pose
  • Namasté.
  • Have a seat on your yogamat.
  • Put your foot soles together and pull your feet towards yourself.
  • Let your legs flutter like the wings of a butterfly.
  • Now put your hands in the mat behind yourself and lay all the way down and place your hands in the mat, palms facing upwards.
  • Take some deep long breaths.
  • Put your palms back in the mat and get into sitting position.
  • In your own time, get back up.
  • Namasté.
